Sourcing great creative talent is not just good luck, but it is something DDB has built a strong reputation in doing really well. Over the years we have hired a number of our creative teams through our very own internship program called LaunchPad.

Those selected get to work in one of the top creative agencies in Australia on live briefs and get some real work into their book. There is no guarantee of a fulltime position at the end of it, but clearly you are in a prime position if we happen to be looking for young creative full-timers.

The huge advantage is if you’ve got the talent, and put the work in, at the end of the three months you’ll end up with a much stronger portfolio and some real agency experience.

We aim to have a new team intake every three months.
